• Prayer Day
  12 September 2026 (09:00-18:00)
  Description: The church will be open from 09.00 to 18.00 for anyone to come and use the prayer resources available. You may simply want to sit quietly in a pew and not interact with anyone or any of the resources – that is absolutely fine. You may like to use
  some of the resources, sit with some quiet music or do the jigsaw puzzle. The focus of the day is not to ‘learn’ how to pray, or to be challenged in a new way, although these things may happen, but it is simply to be part of the Week of Global Prayer which encourages all Christians to come before God at a time when our world desperately needs prayer. We often ask ourselves ‘what can I do to make a difference?’ Prayer is something we can all do, and it will make a difference! Please come along on Saturday for ten minutes or several hours – there is no pressure at all, simply come and PRAY.
