Pastoral Care
Home Pastoral Care
We believe that we are each loved by a God who created us and cares about us. We believe that every person is important and is of value. We believe that we are part of God’s family and placed here to care for one another and this community
Pastoral care happens in many different ways in the parish with visits by The Vicar or members of our pastoral care team. In our small groups and at meetings. We can also bring people Home Communion if they are not able to attend church.

A lot of pastoral care takes place where someone looks out for some else in need which may take the form of providing meals, having a coffee together, taking time to meet together and pray together and we do our best with all that God gives us to care for one another and our community.

At present we have a scheme in the church community called Egg Boxes where people are part of a smaller group with a coordinator so that people can get to know each other and have a small group that they know. This scheme is currently under review.

We also link into other community providers where appropriate.

If you feel we may be able to help and support you, then please do get in touch.
