Sarah has been at St. Peter’s since September 2019. Before this she was Team Vicar in The Wenlock Team of Parishes for 3 years after serving her curacy in The Ridgeway Benefice in Shropshire. She was ordained in Hereford Cathedral as Deacon in 2013 and as Priest in 2014 and studied towards ordination at St John’s College, Nottingham.

Prior to this Sarah was a nurse in the NHS for 13 years working in adult and teenage cancer units and finally working in cancer research and managing the Derby-Burton Cancer Research Network.

Sarah has a pastoral heart and loves working in our schools and with our young people and families. She has a passion to help people pray and to find a way to connect with God.

She also likes chocolate and Disney!
